About Us
Miss Social Media was created to help local businesses reach their local community in an effective and genuine way. Founder, Krista O’Neal, launched her marketing career as a print magazine owner. In 2017 she opened her first magazine in the Atlanta, GA suburbs.
Part of what she did included organizing in-person social events to foster community amongst readers and connect business partners. When the world stopped in 2020, in-person events were scarce. In an effort to maintain that connectivity, Krista discovered the true power of social media!
In just 3 months she was able to track more closed business through recommending her business partners on social media than in her cumulative previous 3 years of print advertising. She was hooked.

We do require a 30 day cancellation notice simply because we complete work about a month in advance. Otherwise, you can come and go as you please!
